KEVIN J. BABB is a sole practitioner in Edwardsville, where his areas of practice include personal injury defense, insurance coverage litigation and commercial litigation. BERRY is the principal member of William Berry & Associates, LLC, with its principal office in Collinsville, Illinois. The practice of his current firm encompasses litigation, including workers' compensation, automobile liability, product liability, and insurance coverage issues, as well as a wide range of general practice issues including probate planning and estate administration. Mr. Berry commenced his practice as an associate with the firm of Oehmke, Dunham, Boman & Leskera, having clerked with that firm commencing in 1972. He joined the successor firm of Dunham, Boman & Leskera, as a partner, in 1982. Mr. Berry remained associated with that firm until July 1, 2008, at which time the principal practice of that firm was terminated. He has been recognized as a member of the Leading Lawyers Network for his expertise in product liability, automobile litigation and personal injury litigation. Mr. Berry has been a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute since 1992, writing and lecturing referable to probate practice and estate administration as well as litigation issues. He also has lectured for the ICLE, most recently referable to insurance coverage issues. Mr. Berry earned his undergraduate degree from Millkin University and his J.D. degree from Washington University Law School. JOHN D. STOBBS is a partner with Stobbs & Sinclair, Ltd., where his main areas of practice are personal injury law, wrongful death law, railroad accidents, medical malpractice, business/commercial litigation, discrimination-age/gender/race/employment and trial practice. Mr. Stobbs is a member of the American, Illinois State and Madison County bar associations, and The Missouri Bar, Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, and American Association for Justice. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 7th Circuit; the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 8th Circuit; the U.S. District Court, Southern District, Illinois; the U.S. District Court, Middle District, Illinois; the U.S. District Court, East District, Missouri; the U.S. Court of Claims and the U.S. Court of Military Appeals. Mr. Stobbs is board-certified as a Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from St. Louis University and his Master of Laws degree from Georgetown University.
