GEOFFREY A. BELZER is an attorney in the firm of Wilson Elser Moskowitz Edelman & Dicker LLP, in Chicago, where he focuses his practice in the areas of professional liability, general liability, legal malpractice, medical malpractice, premises liability, automobile accidents and injuries and products liability. Mr. Belzer earned his B.S.J. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Akron University Law School. He is admitted to practice in Ohio and Illinois, as well as before the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Southern districts of Ohio. JOHN COLLEN is a partner in the Chicago office of Tressler LLP, where he practices in the areas involving financially troubled entities, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy law, loan workouts, corporate reorganizations, creditors' rights and troubled real estate law. He represents and counsels debtors, management, secured lenders, indenture trustees, receivers, landlords, creditors' committees, general creditors and bankruptcy trustees in transactions, bankruptcy cases, receiverships and in creditors' rights litigation cases throughout the country. Mr. Collen is an adjunct law professor at St. John's School of Law in the Bankruptcy LL.M. Program. He is a fellow of the American College of Bankruptcy, a member of the American and Chicago bar associations, and a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute (co-chair emeritus, Real Estate Bankruptcy Committee). Mr. Collen earned his A.B. degree, summa cum laude, from Dartmouth College and his J.D. degree from Georgetown University. ROBERT A. KEZELIS is a sole practitioner in Palos Heights, Illinois, where he practices in the areas of civil litigation, family law and complex litigation. He is a former professor at John Marshall Law School where he taught foreign students U.S. Law, Ethics and Litigation. Mr. Kezelis has spoken for various professional groups on topics related to his areas of practice. He earned his B.A. degree from Northwestern University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School. Mr. Kezelis is a member of the Chicago (member, Professional Responsibility and Civil Practice committees), Illinois State and Lithuanian American (former president) bar associations and the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association. BARRY I. MORTGE is an attorney in the Illinois Law Office of Barry I. Mortge. Mr. Mortge primarily represents both individuals and businesses in commercial litigation matters. He focuses his litigation on real estate related matters, primarily foreclosure actions, but also represents landlords and tenants in lease disputes and litigates mechanics' lien actions and other contract-related matters. Mr. Mortge has been involved with partnership and shareholder disputes. He has tried numerous cases in both the state and federal courts and has extensive appellate experience as well. Mr. Mortge earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University and his law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University. He is admitted to practice in Georgia, including the Supreme Court of Georgia and Georgia Court of Appeals; the Illinois State Bar Association; and the U.S. District Court for the Northern and Central districts of Illinois and the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Mortge is a member of the Federal Trial Bar of the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Illinois.
