HON. JACK B. SCHMETTERER has served as a United States Bankruptcy Judge in the Northern District of Illinois since 1985. Judge Schmetterer is a member of the National Conference of Bankruptcy Judges.

GLENN STEARNS has served for 12 years as the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court in the Northern District of Illinois serving the counties surrounding Chicago.

BARRY A. CHATZ serves as a Chapter 7 Panel Trustee for the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Illinois. He is also a partner in the Chicago law firm of Arnstein & Lehr, LLP and is the chair of the Bankruptcy, Creditors' Rights, and Restructuring Practice Group.
