LARRY COLLINS is the president of LL Collins & Company in Chicago. He is a certified public accountant and practices in areas of nonprofit organizations and taxation startup. Mr. Collins earned his B.S. degree from Roosevelt University. He frequently lectures on taxation and business startup to various professional groups. Mr. Collins is a member of the National Accountancy Association. STEPHEN A. FROST is a partner with the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP, where he practices in the areas of corporate, partnership and LLC documentation, business and commercial transactions, estate planning, taxation, estate and trust administration, and wealth preservation. Mr. Frost is a business lawyer and certified public accountant with more than 25 years experience representing owners and investors in the formation, operation, restructuring and dissolution of businesses, particularly with regard to tax issues. In the area of business and transition planning, Mr. Frost advises business owners on the organization and operation of their businesses. He designs and assists in implementing workable strategies to transition the ownership of businesses, and is an adjunct professor at DePaul University Graduate School of Business. To ensure that each business can continue in accordance with an owner's wishes, Mr. Frost works with clients to address control issues, tax planning strategies and buy/sell arrangements. LARRY G. GOLDSMITH C.P.A., J.D., C.F.F.A., is a member of CJBS, LLC, a 35 person Financial Service CPS Firm with offices in Northbrook. Mr. Goldsmith also is the president of the Goldsmith Law Group P.C. He is a licensed attorney and certified public accountant. Mr. Goldsmith also is a certified financial forensic analyst and a certified valuation analyst by the National Association of Certified Financial Forensic Analysts. He earned his B.S. degree at the University of Illinois and his J.D. degree at John Marshall Law School. Mr. Goldsmith is a frequent speaker on forensic accounting and other tax related issues. BARRY I. MORTGE is an attorney in the Illinois Law Office of Barry I. Mortge. Mr. Mortge primarily represents both individuals and businesses in commercial litigation matters. He focuses his litigation on real estate related matters, primarily foreclosure actions, but also represents landlords and tenants in lease disputes and litigates mechanics' lien actions and other contract-related matters. Mr. Mortge has been involved with partnership and shareholder disputes. He has tried numerous cases in both the state and federal courts and has extensive appellate experience as well. Mr. Mortge earned his undergraduate degree from Furman University and his law degree from the Walter F. George School of Law, Mercer University.
