ARTHUR J. BERRY is the owner of the valuation company of Arthur J. Berry & Company and practices in the areas of business brokerage and valuations. Mr. Berry is a certified business appraiser for the Institute of Business Appraisers, a certified business intermediary for the International Business Brokers Association and a former instructor at Boise State University in the Department of Economics. He is also a licensed real estate broker and a generational equity national affiliate broker. He has lectured on valuation and business issues for the Idaho State Tax Institute, the Idaho State Bar and the Idaho State Accounting Convention. Mr. Berry also has written an article on estate planning with emphasis on marketability and minority discounts. He received his B.S. degree from Boise State University, his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho and his M.B.A. degree from Boise State University. Mr. Berry is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Institute of Business Appraisers. MATTHEW T. CHRISTENSEN is an attorney in the law firm of Angstman Johnson, where he represents clients in all aspects of business law, real estate and bankruptcy, including all aspects of litigation and transactional work. He also is an adjunct professor at Boise State University and the University of Idaho College of Law. Mr. Christensen teaches American government and international law courses at BSU, and international trade/business and real estate courses at the University of Idaho College of Law. He is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, currently serving as a member of the Advocate Editorial Advisory Board and a board member of the Business and Corporate Law Section. Mr. Christensen also is a member of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar and is involved with the American Bar Association's Center for Professional Responsibility. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Duke University School of Law. ERIKA K. KLEIN is a partner in the law firm of Cosho Humphrey, LLP, where she represents clients in various types of civil litigation matters, with an emphasis in family law matters including divorce, paternity and child custody. She previously served for seven years as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with Ada County where she gained extensive court and jury trial experience. Ms. Klein is a member of the Family Law section of the Idaho State Bar. She also is licensed to practice law in the State of Washington. Ms. Klein earned her Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctorate degrees from the University of Oregon. BRIAN K. MARSHALL is an attorney with the firm Idaho Business Law Group, PLLC, where his practice focuses on family law, estate planning, criminal defense and business law. Mr. Marshall is licensed to practice in all Idaho courts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. He earned his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. GLEN P. OLSEN is a partner in the CPA firm of Olsen & Company, CPA's. The firm focuses in small business and individual taxation. Mr. Olsen has 25 years of experience as a CPA. He earned his B.S. degree from Brigham Young University. Mr. Olsen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Idaho Society of CPA's.
