KELLY A. CAMERON is a partner in the Boise firm of Perkins Coie LLP, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes and litigation (trial and appellate), unfair competition and trade secrets, employment litigation and counseling, product liability, telecommunications, and civil rights and constitutional litigation. Mr. Cameron is admitted to practice in Idaho; the District of Columbia; Maryland; as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Mr. Cameron is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation Section) and the Idaho State Bar. DANA M. HERBERHOLZ is an associate with Parsons Behle & Latimer. His practice emphasizes intellectual property matters and litigation, with particular emphasis on patent litigation. Mr. Herberholz has participated in the representation of national and international companies in patent cases across the United States. His experience includes litigation concerning diverse technologies, including flat panel displays, digital projectors, wireless communication technology and electronic vehicle braking systems. Mr. Herberholz is a member of the State Bar of Idaho (current chairperson and past chairperson - Intellectual Property Law Section). He is listed in Mountain States Super Lawyers (Idaho, Utah, Nevada, Wyoming and Montana) as a Rising Star in the practice of intellectual property litigation. Mr. Herberholz earned his J.D.degree, with honors, from Gonzaga University School of Law; her Bachelor of Science, in Cellular & Molecular Biology, from the University of Washington; and his Bachelor of Arts, Law, Societies & Justice from the University of Washington. MARK S. PRUSYNSKI is a partner in the Boise law firm of Moffatt, Thomas, Barrett, Rock & Fields, Chartered, practicing in the areas of insurance defense law with an emphasis on professional liability defense and litigation. He earned his B.S. degree, cum laude, from Kansas State University and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa, where he was note and comment editor for the Iowa Law Review. Mr. Prusynski is a member of the American and Idaho State bar associations, the Defense Research Institute, and past president of the Idaho Association of Defense Counsel.
