ERIC STEPHEN BAILEY is a partner in the Boise law firm of Bowen & Bailey, LLP, where the majority of his practice is workers' compensation, trucking litigation and construction defect litigation. He also practices in the areas of labor and employment, and general insurance defense. Mr. Bailey earned his B.A. degree from DePauw University, his M.A. degree, in industrial relations and human resources, from the University of Iowa, and his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho. He has previously spoken for various professional groups on his area of practice. Mr. Bailey is a member of the Idaho State, Wyoming State and the American bar associations.

JOHN F. GREENFIELD is of counsel in The Huntley Law Firm, PLLC, and has been in practice in Boise, Idaho since 1974. Mr. Greenfield graduated from Seattle University and the University of Idaho, College of Law. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association (ITLA). Mr. Greenfield is an ITLA certified worker's compensation specialist. He has served as a member of the Governor's Advisory Committee on Worker's Compensation in Idaho (1983-1985) and the Idaho Industrial Commission's Advisory Committee on Worker's Compensation (2000-present). Mr. Greenfield specializes in worker's compensation and has been intimately involved in the promulgation of rules governing attorney's fees.

THOMAS B. HIGH is a partner in the law firm of Benoit, Alexander, Harwood & High, LLP, and has been in practice in Twin Falls, Idaho since 1979. He graduated from the University of Utah, cum laude, and the University of Idaho College of Law. Mr. High is a member of the American Bar Association, Idaho State Bar, Fifth District Bar Association (past president), Idaho Association of Defense Counsel (past president), Defense Research Institute (past state chair), International Association of Defense Counsel, and is a fellow and board member of the International Society of Barristers. His practice consists of insurance, malpractice, and product liability defense. It also includes general business and estate planning. Mr. High lectures frequently on the issue of ethics.
