RUSSELL L. CASE is an attorney at Case Corporate Counsel LLC, where his background has enabled him to handle complex and routine matters with equal interest and dedication, combining lessons learned from one area of law or business with approaches taken in different areas of the world to craft strategically aligned answers for his clients and businesses. Mr. Case's work history includes time as a corporate/securities attorney for prestigious law firms in Atlanta, Honolulu and Boise and as operations, international and M&A counsel for Scientific-Atlanta Inc. and BellSouth Corporation. He also has worked on the business side, acting as Director of Corporate Development at BellSouth and vice president, Worldwide Mergers & Acquisitions for Concert BV, an AT&T/British Telecom joint venture. Mr. Case is a member of the American and Hawaii State bar associations, the State Bar of Georgia, and the Idaho State Bar. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Williams College and his J.D. degree from Cornell Law School. MATTHEW T. CHRISTENSEN is an attorney in the law firm of Angstman Johnson, where he represents clients in all aspects of business law, real estate and bankruptcy, including all aspects of litigation and transactional work. He also is an adjunct professor at Boise State University and the University of Idaho College of Law. Mr. Christensen teaches American government and international law courses at BSU, and international trade/business and real estate courses at the University of Idaho College of Law. He is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, currently serving as a member of the Advocate Editorial Advisory Board and a board member of the Business and Corporate Law Section. Mr. Christensen also is a member of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar and is involved with the American Bar Association's Center for Professional Responsibility. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Duke University School of Law. BRIAN T. HANSEN is of counsel with the Boise office of Holland & Hart LLP. He has experience in a broad range of business and commercial matters, including mergers, acquisitions, international transactions, securities, license and distribution agreements and real estate. Mr. Hansen is admitted to practice law in Idaho, Utah and the U.S. Supreme Court. He serves on the Board of Directors for the J. Reuben Clark Law Society, Boise Chapter (2004 - present) and served on the Board of Directors for the Association of Corporate Counsel, Mountain West Chapter (2005 - 2006). Mr. Hansen also is a member of the Utah State Bar (chair, International Law Section 1995 - 1996). He has lectured on such topics as international licensing and marketing, business transactions, international business transactions and the FDA Export Reform and Enhancement Act of 1996. Mr. Hansen earned his B.A. degree, summa cum laude, from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law where he was executive editor of the Virginia Environmental Law Journal. RANDY S. MILLION a principal with Ripley Doorn & Company, P.L.L.C., where his work concentrates in the areas of income tax planning for businesses and individuals, business entity planning, technology consulting and retirement planning. Mr. Million is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Idaho Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Idaho State Board of Accountancy. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Idaho.
