HON. JOHN C. ARKOOSH is an administrative law judge with the Office of Disability Adjudication and Review in Boise, Idaho. Judge Arkoosh is the presiding officer of administrative hearings. He hears disability cases and writes disability decisions. Judge Arkoosh earned his B.A. degree from the University of Notre Dame and his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar. JACOB A. BERNHARDT is a partner at the law firm of Irish Bernhardt, LLP, and practices in the areas of Social Security disability and veterans' affairs. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Bernhardt spent several years as a non-attorney claimant's representative. Mr. Bernhardt earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Idaho State Bar, NOVA and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants. HUGH V. MOSSMAN is in practice with his daughter, Taylor, in Boise, where his practice focus is Social Security disability and workers' compensation. Mr. Mossman has lectured at seminars sponsored by the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives, the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, the Idaho Law Foundation and others on various topics in his areas of practice. He received his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa School of Law, where he qualified for the Law Review. Mr. Mossman is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Iowa State (inactive) and American bar associations, the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives. TAYLOR L. MOSSMAN is an Idaho native and was born and raised in Boise. She graduated from the University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado in 2002 with a degree in economics. She graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2006. Ms. Mossman was the Student Bar Association President in 2005 and 2006. Ms. Mossman is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and she is currently serving on the Publications Committee for the ITLA. Following law school, Ms. Mossman clerked for the honorable Judge Ronald Bush in Pocatello, Idaho from 2006 to 2007. She is admitted to practice before the Idaho Supreme Court; the United States District Court, District of Idaho; and the United States Court of Appeals, Ninth Circuit. Ms. Mossman focuses her practice primarily on representing Social Security disability, workers' compensation, medical malpractice, and personal injury claimants.
