NATASHA N. HAZLETT is an attorney in the law firm of Angstman Johnson, where her practice focuses on estate planning and probate. She has extensive experience in administering and settling complex and contested decedent's estates, handling will contests, establishing guardianships and conservatorships, and drafting estate planning documents. JASON D. MELVILLE is a partner in the firm of McAnaney & Associates, PLLC where his practice focuses on estate planning, tax planning and tax controversies, and business transactions and planning. He is the current president of the Boise Estate Planning Council, a member of the Treasure Valley and Southwest Idaho Estate Planning Councils, and a member of the Taxation, Probate, and Trust Law Section of the Idaho State Bar. STEVEN F. SCANLIN is a sole practitioner in the Scanlin Law Offices, PLLC, in Boise, Idaho, where he practices in wills, trusts and estate planning, probate, small business organization, elder law, and guardianships. Mr. Scanlin is a frequent lecturer for National Business Institute in his areas of expertise. He wrote "A Public Retirement Plan's View of Valuation and Division of Retirement Benefits at Divorce," published by The Advocate, and has conducted continuing legal education on "Drafting Your First Will and Trust in Idaho". Mr. Scanlin earned his B.S.Ed. degree from Montana State University at Billings, his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho and his M.S.W. degree from Portland State University. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the 4th District Bar. MARK E. WIGHT has been in private practice in Boise and Eagle since 1987. He founded Idaho Estate Planning, P.C. in 2004 and focuses his practice in estate planning, probate, business formation and business advising. Mr. Wight is a frequent lecturer to financial professionals on estate planning, asset protection and business topics. He is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Utah State Bar. Mr. Wight earned his B.A. and B.S. degrees from Utah State University and his J.D. degree from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University. In 2004, Mr. Wight received the Denise O'Donnell-Day Award for more than ten years of service to the CASA (child advocate) Program. TODD J. WINEGAR has been in private practice since 1998 and is of counsel to the law firm of Trout Jones Gledhill Fuhrman Gourley, P.A. in Boise, Idaho. Mr. Winegar focuses his practice in estate planning, probate, business formation and general business and real estate transactions. He is a member of the Treasure Valley Estate Planning Council and the Boise Estate Planning Council. Mr. Winegar also is a member of the Idaho State Bar and the Oregon State Bar.
