LAURA E. BURRI is a partner in the law firm of Ringert Law Chartered in Boise, where her business practice focuses on the areas of collections and bankruptcy, including debtor, creditor and trustee representation. Ms. Burri received her B.A. degree, with distinction, in accounting and business administration from Northwest Nazarene College and her J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. She is a member of the Commercial and Bankruptcy Law Section of the Idaho State Bar, and she is the past president of Idaho Women Lawyers. MATTHEW T. CHRISTENSEN is an attorney in the law firm of Angstman, Johnson & Associates PLLC, where he represents clients in all aspects of business law, real estate and bankruptcy, including all aspects of litigation and transactional work. He also is an adjunct professor at Boise State University and the University of Idaho College of Law. Mr. Christensen teaches American government and international law courses at BSU, and international trade/business and real estate courses at the University of Idaho College of Law. He is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, currently serving as a member of the Advocate Editorial Advisory Board and a board member of the Business and Corporate Law Section. Mr. Christensen also is a member of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar, and is involved with the American Bar Association's Center for Professional Responsibility. He earned his B.A. degree in international studies from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Duke University School of Law in Durham, North Carolina. JEREMY J. GUGINO has been a Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Trustee for two-and-a-half years in the District of Idaho. Mr. Gugino received his B.J. degree from the University of Missouri. He graduated, magna cum laude, from the Gonzaga University School of Law in 2005 and was the term law Clerk for Chief Bankruptcy Judge Terry L. Myers. Before going to law school, Mr. Gugino was a television news producer and Executive Producer in Columbia, Missouri, Spokane, Washington, Cincinnati, Ohio and his hometown of Rochester, New York.
