MATTHEW T. CHRISTENSEN is an attorney in the law firm of Angstman Johnson & Associates, PLLC, where he represents clients in all aspects of business law, real estate and bankruptcy, including all aspects of litigation and transactional work. He also is an adjunct professor at Boise State University and the University of Idaho College of Law. Mr. Christensen teaches American government and international law courses at BSU, and international trade/business and real estate courses at the University of Idaho College of Law. He is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, currently serving as a member of the Advocate Editorial Advisory Board and a board member of the Business and Corporate Law Section. Mr. Christensen also is a member of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar and is involved with the American Bar Association's Center for Professional Responsibility. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Duke University School of Law. MICHAEL A. HALL is an attorney in the law firm of the Idaho Business Law Group, PLLC. Mr. Hall's practice emphasizes real estate law, business law, collections, and bankruptcy law, with a focus on small and medium sized businesses. He has worked for more than ten years in public accounting with PricewaterhouseCoopers and Deloitte, where he focused in the areas of corporate and pass-through entity taxation. Mr. Hall also is a CPA. Prior to joining the Idaho Business Law Group, PLLC, he worked for five years in-house with a commercial real estate developer, where he worked real estate and business law. Mr. Hall is a member of the Idaho State Bar (Real Property Section and the Commercial law and Bankruptcy sections). He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. WILLIAM L. PUNKONEY is an attorney with the law firm of White, Peterson, Gigray, Rossman, Nye, & Nicholas, P.A., where his areas of practice are business law, governmental law, and real estate. He joined the law firm in September 2010 after graduating from the University of Idaho College of Law, where he earned his J.D. degree. In law school, Mr. Punkoney served as editor-in-chief of the Idaho Law Review, organizing the editing process for the three editions of that publication. He also served as a summer legal clerk for the 7th Judicial District of Idaho. Prior to law school, Mr. Punkoney earned his B.A. degree from the College of Idaho. He then worked for two years in the Idaho Office of the Governor, where he served under three consecutive Idaho Governors. G. CONNIE RUNIA is an attorney with the Law Office of Mark L. Clark, PLLC, where she is representing Collection Bureau Inc., of Nampa, Idaho. In 2010, Collection Bureau, Inc. collected close to 7 million on behalf of its clients, who include hospitals, medical providers, landlords, small business owners, banks, governments, and others. Collection Bureau Inc. is currently pursuing collection action on a half-million accounts in Oregon and Idaho with access to a national network of collection agencies. She is an active member of the Oregon and Idaho State bars. Ms. Runia earned her J.D. from Williamette University College of Law.
