KELLY A. CAMERON is a partner in the Boise firm of Perkins Coie LLP, where he focuses his practice on complex commercial disputes and litigation (trial and appellate), unfair competition and trade secrets, employment litigation and counseling, product liability, telecommunications, and civil rights and constitutional litigation. Mr. Cameron is admitted to practice in Idaho, the District of Columbia, Maryland, as well as before the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and the U.S. District Court for the District of Idaho. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University and his J.D. degree from Washington and Lee University School of Law. Mr. Cameron is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation Section) and the Idaho State Bar. MATTHEW T. CHRISTENSEN is an attorney in the law firm of Angstman Johnson & Associates, PLLC, where he represents clients in all aspects of business law, real estate and bankruptcy, including all aspects of litigation and transactional work. He also is an adjunct professor at Boise State University and the University of Idaho College of Law. Mr. Christensen teaches American government and international law courses at BSU, and international trade/business and real estate courses at the University of Idaho College of Law. He is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, currently serving as a member of the Advocate Editorial Advisory Board and a board member of the Business and Corporate Law Section. Mr. Christensen also is a member of the Real Property Section of the Idaho State Bar and is involved with the American Bar Association's Center for Professional Responsibility. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Duke University School of Law. GREGORY FERNEY is an attorney with Mimura Law Offices PLLC. Mr. Ferney represents clients in the areas of business law, real estate law and criminal law. He earned his B.A. degree in economics from the College of Idaho, his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law and his LL.M. degree in taxation from the University of Washington School of Law. He is a member of the Washington State Bar and the Idaho State Bar. MATTHEW J. RYDEN has practiced law in Idaho since 2002. His current practice focuses primarily on real estate matters, business transactions, employment law and representation of commercial lenders and debtors. Mr. Ryden was admitted to the Idaho State Bar in 2002, and began his legal career with a large Boise law firm, practicing in the areas of employment litigation, business formation, construction litigation, insurance defense and business transactions. He joined Angstman, Johnson & Associates, PLLC, in 2005. Mr. Ryden earned his B.S. degree from Santa Clara University, his Master of Business Administration degree from Boise State University and his J.D degree from the University of Idaho. During law school, he represented taxpayers in litigation against the IRS as student attorney for the College of Law Tax Clinic. Mr. Ryden also served as a legal intern for the Idaho Attorney General's office, Department of Education, as well as for Bar Counsel to the Idaho State Bar. Prior to pursing his law degree, he earned several years of business experience in the Boise area. Mr. Ryden served as a project manager and marketing specialist for a Boise technology company, conducted market research for a Boise commercial real estate brokerage, and worked for several years in local offices of a national bank. He is licensed to practice in the State of Idaho and before the U.S. District courts in the District of Idaho. Mr. Ryden is a member of the Business Law and Real Estate sections of the Idaho Bar Association, and the Business Law and Employment sections of the American Bar Association. He is a frequent lecturer on real estate and business formation topics. Mr. Ryden performs pro bono services for the Idaho State Bar volunteer lawyer program, including representation of grandparents in guardianship proceedings and consultation of senior citizens on a variety of legal issues. CHERYL W. THOMPSON is a member of the Corporate Group at the law firm of Holland & Hart LLP, where she focuses her practice in the areas of mergers and acquisitions. Ms. Thompson has a broad range of experience in various corporate transactions, including private and public company mergers and acquisitions, loan workouts and restructuring, private equity financings, securities and investment fund evaluation. She also represents clients in general business matters, such as commercial transactions, employment matters, entity formation and structure matters, and the legal aspects of day-to-day business issues. Ms. Thompson is the co-chair of the Holland & Hart Foundation Boise office committee. She is a member of the American Bar Association, the State Bar of California and the Idaho State Bar, and also serves on the Board of Directors for Movies for a Cause, Inc., a local nonprofit organization. Ms. Thompson earned her B.A. degree from Tufts University and her J.D. degree from Santa Clara University School of Law.
