MATTHEW T. CHRISTENSEN is an attorney in the law firm of Angstman Johnson & Associates, PLLC, where he represents clients in all aspects of business law, real estate and bankruptcy, including all aspects of litigation and transactional work. He also is an adjunct professor at Boise State University and the University of Idaho College of Law. Mr. Christensen teaches American government and international law courses at BSU, and international trade/business and real estate courses at the College of Law. He is an active member of the Idaho State Bar, currently serving as a member of the Business and Corporate Law Section Governing Council. Mr. Christensen also is a member of the Real Property and Commercial Law & Bankruptcy Sections of the Idaho State Bar and is involved with the American Bankruptcy Institute. He earned his B.A. degree from Brigham Young University, and his J.D. and LL.M. degrees from Duke University School of Law. PATRICK J. GEILE is an attorney at Foley Freeman PLLC, where his legal emphasis is civil law, including financial workouts; creditor's rights; business; bankruptcy; consumer bankruptcy; domestic relations; and general litigation, including state appeals and federal appeals to both the 9th Circuit and the 9th Circuit Bankruptcy Appellate Panel (BAP). Mr. Geile is a member of both the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy and Family Law sections of the Idaho State Bar. Mr. Geile was admitted to practice law in September of 2004, and has been practicing in Idaho since then. He earned his B.A. degree from the University of Puget Sound and his J.D. degree from the University of Idaho College of Law. NOAH G. HILLEN is an attorney at the law firm of Moffatt Thomas Barrett Rock & Fields, Chtd., where he represents a wide variety of clients in state and federal court involving complex lending, contract, and business disputes. Mr. Hillen specializes in bankruptcy, loan workouts, commercial litigation, lender liability defense, and agricultural lending. He has more than 10 years of experience in the field of bankruptcy. Mr. Hillen has experience representing commercial lenders, leasing companies, banks, and other financial institutions in bankruptcy and credit transactions. He has also represented clients in bankruptcy preference and avoidance actions. His commercial litigation practice involves the defense of claims involving the Uniform Commercial Code and real estate litigation. Mr. Hillen has also handled issues in agricultural lending involving loan workouts and lien priority. He graduated cum laude from the College of Idaho in 2004 and from the University of Idaho College of Law in 2007. At the University of Idaho he twice represented his school in the only national moot court competition devoted to bankruptcy law. After finishing law school, Mr. Hillen served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joel D. Horton at the Idaho Supreme Court. He speaks on developments in corporate and business law for the Fourth District Bar Association, and has written several legal articles, most recently for the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Idaho State Bar. In 2008, he was appointed to serve on the Continuing Legal Education Committee for the Idaho Law Foundation. Mr. Hillen also volunteers with the Idaho State Bar. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Commercial Law and Bankruptcy Section of the Idaho State Bar, the American Bar Association, and the American Inns of Court No. 130.
