GEORGE F. DAVISON JR. is a sole practitioner in Des Moines, Iowa, who previously worked with Hawkins & Norris, P.C. for 24 years. His practice is focused on mediation and arbitration, civil litigation and probate. In addition to having previously lectured for National Business Institute on issues related to personal injury and insurance law, he is an instructor at the Des Moines Area Community College where he teaches litigation, probate, business organization and contract law courses in the legal assistants program. Mr. Davison is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association (former chair, Public Relations Committee), the Association for Justice and the Black Stone Inn of Court (past president). He is also a news reporter and newscaster for WHO, Des Moines and the Iowa Radio Network. Mr. Davison earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Drake University and his J.D. degree from Drake University Law School. WILLIAM H. ROEMERMAN is a partner in the law firm of Crawford, Sullivan, Read & Roemerman, P.C., where his areas of practice are labor and employment litigation, and tort litigation with an emphasis on defense. Mr. Roemerman has lectured to the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Iowa Defense Counsel Association and the Linn County Bar Association on litigation and ethics, as well as being a previous lecturer for National Business Institute. He has published several articles on litigation issues in the Defense Update through the Iowa Defense Counsel Association. Mr. Roemerman received his B.A. degree, with honors, and his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the Linn County and Iowa State bar associations, and the Defense Research Institute. Mr. Roemerman is a fellow of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers.
