WALTER J. CONLON is the head of the foreclosure department of Metcalf, Conlon & Siering, PLC. Mr. Conlon has been a member of the Iowa Bar Association since 1975, and currently serves as chairman of its Real Estate Legislative Subcommittee. He is a former member of the Iowa legislature, where he was the chair of the House Committee on Judiciary and Law Enforcement. Mr. Conlon was a principal author of the 2006 and 2009 foreclosure laws in the Iowa legislature. He earned his B.A. degree from Loras College and his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa. ANTHONY CRNIC is an attorney with Dunakey & Klatt PC, where his areas of practice include default services, real estate, business law, taxation and health care. Mr. Crnic earned his B.S. degree from Iowa State University; his J.D. degree from Drake University School of Law; his M.B.A. degree from Drake University; and his LL.M. degree from DePaul University College of Law. He is also a member of the Title Standards Committee of the Iowa State Bar Association; has given prior CLE seminars on foreclosures; and has conducted training sessions for employees of a national bank on the bankruptcy process. Mr. Crnic is licensed to practice law in Iowa and Nebraska.
