WENDY DREFAHL is president of WFA Econometrics Corporation in Muskego, Wisconsin, where she assists family law attorneys with the valuation and division of retirement benefits as marital property in divorce. Ms. Drefahl's experiences with hundreds of different plan administrators allow her to relay creative insights to QDRO preparation. She has assisted in the preparation of more than 5,000 QDROs and has dealt with plan administrators for hundreds of different plans across the country. In addition to valuing and dividing qualified retirement plans, Ms. Drefahl also works with non-qualified, municipal, state, federal and military plans. As an authority on QDROs and pension valuations, she lectures to various professional organizations and has testified before the court in DuPage, Cook, McHenry, Lake, DeKalbĀ and Will counties. Ms. Drefahl earned her B.B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. LINDA A. HALL is a member of Gallagher, Langlas & Gallagher, P.C., where her main areas of practice include personal injury, criminal law, general practice, litigation and family law. Ms. Hall is a lecturer in her areas of expertise. She is a certified family law mediator. Ms. Hall received her B.A. degree from Ripon College and her J.D. degree from the University of Tulsa. She is admitted to practice in Iowa and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Iowa. Ms. Hall is a member of the Black Hawk County and Iowa State bar associations and the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association. TERRY DIANE PARSONS is an attorney with the law firm of Olsen & Parsons in Cedar Falls, where she practices in the area of family law. She has previously lectured for National Business Institute on matters related to dissolution of marriage. Ms. Parsons is the author of Iowa Legal Forms, Family Law Volume, Butterworth Legal Publishers (1991), and has been an instructor for the University of Northern Iowa on family law and the public domain. She earned her B.A. and M.A. degrees from the University of Iowa, and graduated with high distinction when she earned her J.D. degree from the University of Iowa. She is a member of the Black Hawk County and Iowa State bar associations and the Iowa Association of Mediators. DENNY TAYLOR is a member of the accounting firm of TD&T Financial Group where he practices in the areas of business valuation, forensic accounting, litigation support, management consultation, auditing, and tax services. Mr. Taylor is certified in financial forensics (CFF) and accredited in business valuation (ABV) by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA). Mr. Taylor, a licensed CPA in Illinois and Iowa, is a consulting expert to attorneys and testifies as an expert witness in Illinois and Iowa trials. He lectures on various valuation, business and tax topics. Mr. Taylor is a member of the AICPA'S Forensic and Valuation Services Division and Tax Division, the Illinois CPA Society, the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Institute of Business Appraisers. He earned his MBA degree from the University of Iowa and his B.S. degree from Iowa State University.
