MAX E. KIRK is a shareholder with Ball, Kirk & Holm P.C., where his main areas of practice are legal malpractice, litigation and appeals, medical malpractice, motor vehicle accidents (plaintiff), personal injury (plaintiff) products liability law, professional malpractice. CAROL J. KIRKLEY is an associate attorney at Crawford, Sullivan, Read & Roemerman, P.C., where she practices primarily in the area of family law. She represents clients in a variety of family law matters, including but not limited to: divorce, paternity, equitable distribution of property, alimony/spousal support, child custody and physical care, visitation and alternative care, child support, medical support, post high school educational subsidy, modification of decrees, and enforcement of decrees.
