JAY E. DENNE is a member of the law firm of Munger Reinschmidt & Denne, L.L.P. in Sioux City, Iowa. He began practicing law with the firm in 1995 and became a partner in 2000. Mr. Denne is also an officer in the Woodbury County Bar Association and is on the Federal Practice Commission for the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Iowa. Mr. Denne graduated, phi beta kappa, from Iowa State University and earned his J.D. degree, with distinction, from the University of Iowa Law School. MARGARET GILLESPIE is an attorney at law and a member of Gubbrud, Haugland & Gillespie, Attorneys at Law. She has had 15 years of experience in the areas of criminal law, family law and general practice. Ms. Gillespie was a state senator and state representative for District 16 (Lincoln and Union Counties, January 2001-December 2010). She earned her B.A. degree from Augustana College and her J.D. degree from the University of South Dakota School of Law. JOHN L. SANDY is the founder of the Sandy Law Firm in the Iowa Great Lakes. He started the firm while serving as assistant Dickinson County attorney. Mr. Sandy was elected as Dickinson County Attorney and prosecuted hundreds of criminal cases. He has been practicing in the area ever since and has a broad range of legal expertise in criminal defense, civil litigation, wills and trusts, and family law. Mr. Sandy is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, Iowa Criminal Defense Bar, Dickinson County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Salisbury University and his J.D. degree from Drake University. SABRINA L. SAYLER is an attorney in the law firm of Crary, Huff, Inkster, Sheehan, Ringgenberg, Hartnett & Storm, P.C. Her general practice includes, but is not limited to, family law and litigation. Ms. Sayler is admitted to practice law in South Dakota and in Iowa. She is a member of the State Bar of South Dakota and the Iowa State Bar Association. Ms. Sayler is a member of the Innocence Project of South Dakota, a nonprofit organization conducting pro-bono investigations that may lead to the release of innocent persons currently serving sentences. She earned her undergraduate degree at Eastern New Mexico University and her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Dakota School of Law.
