MICHAEL L. JANKINS is a sole practitioner in the Jankins Law Firm in Des Moines, where he practices in bankruptcy with an emphasis in Chapter 7 and Chapter 13. Mr. Kruse earned his B.A. degree, with honors, from Stanford University and his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa. He is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the Iowa State Bar Association and the American Bar Association. Mr. Kruse is admitted to practice before all state courts in Iowa and Illinois, the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern districts of Iowa, the Northern District of Illinois (including Trial Bar), the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th, 7th and 8th circuits and the U.S. Supreme Court. MICHAEL P. MALLANEY is a shareholder in the Des Moines law firm of Hudson, Mallaney, Shindler, & Anderson, P.C. Mr. Mallaney's areas of practice include agriculture law, antitrust and trade regulation, government agencies and programs, and bankruptcy. He served as the judicial law clerk to the Honorable Richard F. Stageman, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of Iowa, from 1980 to 1982. Mr. Mallaney is admitted to practice law in Iowa and is a member of the Iowa State and American bar associations. He earned his B.S. and M.A. degrees from Eastern Illinois University, and his J.D. degree, with honors, from Drake University.
