DAWN R. BOUCHER is a member of Phil Watson PC Attorneys At Law in Des Moines, Iowa. Her practice areas include debt collection, debtor and creditor work, family law and real estate. Ms. Boucher received her B.A. and J.D. degrees, with honors, from Drake University. She is admitted to practice in Iowa and before the U.S. District Court, Northern District of Iowa; and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Iowa. Ms. Boucher is a member of The Iowa State Bar Association, the Young Lawyers Division State Fair Committee, the Polk County Bar Association, the Blackstone Inn of Court, the American Bar Association and the Iowa Organization of Women Attorneys (5th Judicial District Co-Chair). MICHAEL HORN is an attorney at Kuntz, Laughlin & Horn in Des Moines, Iowa. He began working at Kuntz, Laughlin & Horn in November 2011. Mr. Horn's practice areas focus on insurance subrogation, collections, and general practice. Prior to working at Kuntz, Laughlin & Horn, he worked at Bertroche Law Offices in Des Moines, Iowa. Mr. Horn's practice areas included commercial collections, creditor's rights and general practice. He earned his B.A. degree from Iowa State University and his J.D. degree from the University of Iowa College of Law. TIM VAN VLIET is an attorney with Wetsch Abbott & Osborn PLC, where he practices in the areas of debtor and creditor, collections and creditor bankruptcy. He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts (Northern and Southern Iowa). Mr. Van Vliet is a member of the Iowa State Bar Association, the Iowa Federal Bar and the American Bankruptcy Institute. He earned his B.S. and J.D. degrees from Creighton University.
