KIM has served as a Circuit Court Judge in Hawaii's First Circuit, presiding over the 4th Division since May 1, 2007. HON. RANDAL K.O. LEE has served as Criminal Trial Judge in Hawaii's First Circuit, presiding over the 4th Division since 2005. HON. KATHLEEN N.A. WATANABE has served as a Circuit Court Judge in Hawaii's Fifth Circuit since August 17, 2005. MODERATOR - HOWARD K.K. LUKE is the principal of the Law Office of Howard K.K. Luke in Honolulu. Since 1977, Mr. Luke has concentrated his practice in the areas of criminal defense and civil litigation.
