GREGORY K. MARKHAM is a partner in the Honolulu law firm of Chee & Markham, where his areas of practice include attorney-commercial litigation, real property, insurance, construction, product liability, professional liability and negligence. Mr. Markham is primarily engaged in the litigation and resolution of personal injury, insurance, commercial, real estate, construction, product liability, and premise liability matters. He is admitted to practice in Hawaii; the Hawaii Supreme Court; the U.S. District Court, District of Hawaii; the U.S. Tax Court; the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit; and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Markham earned his B.A. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado School of Law at Boulder. He is a member of the American and Hawaii State (Board of Directors) bar associations. RICHARD E. WILSON is a sole practitioner in Honolulu where his areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation. He earned his B.S. degree from the University of Hawaii and his J.D. degree from the University of Oregon. Mr. Wilson is a member of the Hawaii State Bar Association and the American Inns of Court.
