SHANNAN S. COLLIER is a principal at the law firm of The Law Office of Shannan S. Collier, PC, whose practice is primarily limited to tax and estate planning, and business and franchise law. She earned her B.B.A. degree from the University of North Florida in Jacksonville. Thereafter, Ms. Collier attended Cumberland School of Law, where she simultaneously earned her J.D. and M.B.A. degrees, and Emory University, School of Law, where she earned her Masters of Laws degree. While in school, she was an editor of The Trial Journal and wrote and assisted in the preparation of several articles on varying topics, including the taxation of partnership interests and the valuation of business interests. She also is a Tax Section member and is a frequent speaker at seminars, wherein she instructs both lawyers and non-lawyers on various business, estate and tax planning techniques. ROSLYN I. DODELL is of counsel in the firm's Atlanta office of Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, where she concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning, trusts, tax and probate law. Ms. Dodell's experience includes estate and gift tax planning, business succession planning, estate administration and probate litigation. She has lectured on areas of her practice to various industry and professional groups. Ms. Dodell is a member of the Georgia Association of Women Lawyers, the Atlanta Bar Association (Estate Planning and Probate, Taxation and Elder law sections), North Atlanta Tax Council, State Bar of Georgia (Fiduciary Law, Taxation and Elder Law sections) and New York State Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in New York and Georgia. Ms. Dodell earned her B.A. degree from Cornell University, her J.D. degree from New York University School of Law and her LL.M. degree from New York University School of Law. BRUCE H. GAYNES is a founding shareholder in the Atlanta law firm of Kitchens Kelley Gaynes, P.C., where he practices in the areas of corporate, estate planning and tax matters. He is a certified public accountant. Mr. Gaynes is a frequent lecturer for various professional groups and organizations regarding matters ranging from estate planning and taxation to fundraising. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, and the American and Atlanta bar associations, the Atlanta Estate Planning Council and the Georgia Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Gaynes earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from the Emory University School of Law. CHARLES M. HALL is a sole practitioner in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Hall has been an attorney for more than 35 years and focuses his practice on probate and estate administration, domestic partnership issues, real estate litigation, civil litigation, estate planning, commercial disputes, alcohol licensing, and business law, among others. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta, Stonewall and American bar associations. Mr. Hall earned his B.A. degree from Washington and Lee University and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
