CAROL V. CLARK is the founder of Carol Clark Law, where she is a trial lawyer with more than 30 years of experience, specializing in mortgage banking, construction and lease contracts, and other real estate related matters. A "Double Dawg" graduate of the honors program at The University of Georgia and its law school, Ms. Clark has served as chairperson of the 2000 plus member Real Property Section of the State Bar of Georgia, is a member of the American College of Real Estate Lawyers, has presented papers at the Real Property Law Institute, Mortgage Bankers Association Legal Issues Conference, and has made occasional televised appearances, including The Layman's Lawyer. Her publications include the 4th and 5th Editions of Padrick's RESPA, TILA HOEPA and ECOA in Real Estate Transactions, and the contribution of several chapters in Georgia Procedure, Civil Procedure and Georgia Procedure, Property. Ms. Clark has been named as a Georgia Super Lawyer and repeatedly as one of Georgia's Fifty Top Female Lawyers by Atlanta Magazine, and also as one of Georgia's Top 100. In May 2008, she was awarded the prestigious George A. Pindar Award for lifetime achievement in real estate law. Ms. Clark was the first woman so honored and also the youngest ever named. MARK D. EUSTER is a shareholder with Weissmann Zucker Euster P.C., in Atlanta, Georgia, where he practices in the areas of commercial, real estate and secured lending. He represents financial institutions and national title underwriters. Mr. Euster represents clients in a variety of real estate and secured lending transactions in Georgia and throughout the United States, including acquisition, development, renovation, construction and permanent financing, lines of credit, standby credit facilities, loan participants, inter-creditor and subordination agreements, workouts and foreclosures. He assists developer clients in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of various types of commercial real estate, and is a frequent speaker on real estate law issues. Mr. Euster earned his B.A. degree from Emory University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. HILARY H. FENTRESS is the vice president and underwriting counsel at Georgia Agency Title Group, where she joined the staff of Chicago Title Insurance Company (now Georgia Agency Title Group) as an underwriter in January of 2005. Prior to working for Chicago Title Insurance Company Ms. Fentress practiced law in Georgia for six years with an emphasis on title issues, residential real estate and foreclosures. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Real Estate Section), National Association of Professional Mortgage Women (NAPMW) and Georgia Real Estate Closing Attorneys Association (GRECAA, Inc.). Ms. Fentress earned her B.A. degree and her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia. JAMES B. McCLUNG is a graduate of Georgia State University School of Law. He served as an assistant district attorney for six years. Mr. McClung worked as an associate attorney at an insurance defense law firm representing insurance companies on policy coverage defense law firm representing insurance companies on policy coverage defenses, fraud defense, and defending policy holders against liability claims. Since 1997, his practice has been concentrated in the area of real estate related litigation, including malpractice defense of real estate professions. He has conducted well over 150 jury trials and has argued before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Supreme Court of Georgia. MICHAEL A. O'NEILL is an attorney in the Atlanta firm of Carol Clark Law, where he practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate law. He earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. Mr. O'Neill was awarded the Dean's Public Service Award. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia, and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Real Property Law Section).
