AMANDA F. CALLOWAY is an associate with Calloway Title and Escrow, LLC. She entered the field of law quite naturally as she has been voluntarily and involuntarily exposed to virtually every aspect of the real estate law process from the courthouse record rooms to the closing table. Ms. Calloway joined the firm in 2007 as an associate attorney. She attended two of Georgia's top universities, earning her B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in english from the University of Georgia Honors Program, and her J.D. degree from The Emory School of Law. Ms. Calloway became a member of the State Bar of Georgia in 2007, and a member of the South Carolina Bar in 2010. She is an active member of CREW, Atlanta, and Dixie Land Title Association. MARK D. EUSTER is a shareholder with Weissmann Zucker Euster Morochnik P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia, where he practices in the areas of commercial, real estate and secured lending. He represents financial institutions and national title underwriters. Mr. Euster represents clients in a variety of real estate and secured lending transactions in Georgia and throughout the U.S., including acquisition, development, renovation, construction and permanent financing, lines of credit, standby credit facilities, loan participants, inter-creditor and subordination agreements, workouts, and foreclosures. He assists developer clients in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of various types of commercial real estate, and is a frequent speaker on real estate law issues. Mr. Euster earned his B.A. degree from Emory University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. MICHAEL A. O'NEILL is an attorney in the Atlanta firm of Carol Clark Law, where he practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate law. He earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. Mr. O'Neill was awarded the Dean's Public Service Award. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia, and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Real Property Law Section). Mr. O'Neill is the 2011-2012 associate state director of the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia. MICHAEL R. SHER serves as counsel to the firm of Calloway Title and Escrow, a title agency that represents commercial real estate clients, conducts commercial title examinations and issues commercial title insurance policies. The firm is title agent for a variety of national title insurers, and is licensed in Georgia, South Carolina and Florida. Calloway Title and Escrow has written billions of dollars of title insurance policies for raw land acquisitions, multi-site transactions, mixed use developments, broken lien priority transactions, shopping center developments, hotels and apartment building transactions. Prior to serving as counsel to the firm, Mr. Sher served as counsel for another local title agency, along with having served as vice president for both Fidelity National Title Insurance Company and First American Title Insurance Company. He earned his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law; and his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Sher is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey and Pennsylvania (non-resident status). DAVID A. WEISSMANN is a member of the law firm of Weissmann Zucker Euster Morochnik P.C., where he practices in the areas of commercial real estate, secured lending, corporate and business law. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, Echols Scholar, from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where he served on the Law Review and was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law. SCOTT ZUCKER is a partner with Weissmann Zucker Euster Morochnik P.C., where he specializes in business and commercial litigation with an emphasis on dispute resolution in the areas of construction, real estate, employment, landlord-tenant and franchise law. Mr. Zucker represents companies in matters relating to contract claims, loss and damage claims, delay and productivity claims, premises liability actions and tenant dispossessory. He also reviews and drafts construction contracts, property leases and employment agreements, trains property managers in office, retail, multi-family, industrial and self-storage and evaluates property management operations in those areas. Mr. Zucker also has extensive experience in creditors' rights and bankruptcy proceedings as well as in commercial collections. He represents companies throughout the country in resolving their commercial disputes in state or federal courts and through alternative dispute resolution. He earned his undergraduate degree from Washington University in St. Louis and his law degree from George Washington University in Washington, D.C.
