WILLIAM D. CARTER JR. is an attorney with the Atlanta law firm of Mason Bahr LLP. Mr. Carter practices primarily in the areas of estate and wealth planning, fiduciary litigation, probate law, corporate law, real estate law and civil litigation. Mr. Carter also assists clients with respect to charitable planning and giving techniques. He is a frequent speaker for civic and charitable organizations regarding wealth and estate planning matters and has been a presenter at continuing legal education seminars as a panelist in the areas of estates and guardianships and education law issues. He is a member of the Probate and Estate Litigation Committee of the Real Property and Probate Section of the American Bar Association, as well as the Fiduciary Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Carter graduated with departmental honors from Shorter College in 1991 with a Bachelor of Church Music Degree in organ performance and pursued masters and doctoral level studies in opera conducting and opera coaching from The Florida State University. He earned his law degree from the Georgia State University College of Law. CHARLES M. HALL is a sole practitioner in Atlanta, Georgia. Mr. Hall has been an attorney for more than 35 years and focuses his practice on probate and estate administration, domestic partnership issues, real estate litigation, civil litigation, estate planning, commercial disputes, alcohol licensing, and business law, among others. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta, Stonewall and American bar associations. Mr. Hall earned his B.A. degree from Washington and Lee University and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. JOHN T. MROCZKO is a partner in the law firm of White, Choate, Watkins & Mroczko, LLC. Mr. Mroczko leads the estate planning, estate administration, estate & trust litigation, and tax planning & controversies practice areas of the firm. He is a member of the Cartersville-Bartow County Bar Association, the State Bar of Georgia (Fiduciary Section), and the American Bar Association, (Real Property and Probate Section; Taxation Section). Mr. Mroczko earned his B.A. degree from Lee University and his J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
