WILLIAM J. DAWKINS is the senior vice president, secretary and general counsel of Selig Enterprises, Inc. He is also an associate broker for Selig Realty, Inc. Mr. Dawkins has written several articles, pamphlets, publications, books and supplements regarding landlord/tenant law, including Georgia Landlord and Tenant - Breach and Remedies - With Forms, 3rd and 4th editions, for the Harrison Company. Mr. Dawkins is an advisor on landlord/tenant law, the Georgia General Assembly, the Georgia Department of Community Affairs, the Georgia Housing & Finance Authority and the Title Standards Revision Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia. He is an instructor on landlord/tenant law and Institute of Continuing Judicial Education seminars for magistrates and state court judges. Mr. Dawkins earned his B.A. degree from Florida State University and his J.D. degree from the Emory University School of Law. Mr. Dawkins is a member of the Atlanta (chair and member, Board of Directors, Real Estate Law Section) and American (Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section; Commercial Leasing Committee; Rent Adjustment Subcommittee) bar associations. He is also a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Author's Court; Executive Committee of Real Property Law Section). MARK D. EUSTER is a shareholder with Weissmann Zucker Euster P.C., in Atlanta, Georgia, where he practices in the areas of commercial, real estate and secured lending. He represents financial institutions and national title underwriters. Mr. Euster represents clients in a variety of real estate and secured lending transactions in Georgia and throughout the United States, including acquisition, development, renovation, construction and permanent financing, lines of credit, standby credit facilities, loan participants, inter-creditor and subordination agreements, workouts and foreclosures. He assists developer clients in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of various types of commercial real estate, and is a frequent speaker on real estate law issues. Mr. Euster earned his B.A. degree from Emory University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. MICHAEL A. O'NEILL is an attorney in the Atlanta firm of Carol Clark Law, where he practices in the areas of commercial and residential real estate law. He earned his B.A. degree from Tulane University and his J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. Mr. O'Neill was awarded the Dean's Public Service Award. He is licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia, and he is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Real Property Law Section). MICHAEL R. SHER serves as counsel to the law firm of R.E. Hodges, Jr., LLC, a law firm and title agency that represents commercial real estate clients, conducts commercial title searches and examinations and issues commercial title insurance policies. The firm serves as title agent to Fidelity National Title Insurance Company, First American Title Insurance Company, Stewart Title & Guaranty Company, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company. The firm provides local expertise to a variety of national customers on complex commercial title insurance issues in Georgia. Among its projects, the firm has written more than a billion dollars of title insurance policies for raw land acquisitions, multi-site transactions, mixed use developments, broken lien priority transactions, shopping center developments and refinances, hotels and apartment building transactions. Prior to serving as counsel to the firm, Mr. Sher served as vice president and counsel for Fidelity National Title Insurance Company. He earned his J.D. degree from Villanova University School of Law and his B.A. degree, magna cum laude, in history and political science, from Case Western Reserve University. Mr. Sher is licensed to practice law in Georgia, Maryland, New Jersey, and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (non-resident status). DAVID A. WEISSMANN is a member of the law firm of Weissmann Zucker Euster P.C., where he practices in the areas of commercial real estate, secured lending, corporate and business law. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, Echols Scholar, from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where he served on the Law Review and was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law.
