BROOK A. DAVIDSON is an attorney with the firm of Andrew, Merritt, Reilly & Smith, LLP in Lawrenceville, Georgia. She practices primarily in probate and fiduciary law, with and emphasis on administrations and litigation. Ms. Davidson has represented parties in probate, guardianship, conservatorship and trust cases. Her case load regularly includes civil actions involving financial and physical elder abuse. ETHERIDGE JR. is a partner in the Atlanta firm of McKenna Long & Aldridge, LLP, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of tax and estate planning for closely held business owners and high net worth individuals, as well as tax exempt organizations. He also is a certified public accountant. Mr. Etheridge lectures frequently on tax and estate planning issues, including sophisticated charitable giving techniques. He has written a number of tax planning publications, including the BNA Tax Management Portfolio on Charitable Income Trusts, and is the author of Portfolio on Private Foundations, Section 4940 and Section 4944. Mr. Etheridge earned his A.B. and J.D. degrees, magna cum laude, from Duke University and his LL.M. degree from Georgetown University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (member, Tax Law Section), the North Carolina State Bar, the Georgia Society of CPAs, and the American Bar Association (member, Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section and Tax Section). MICHAEL S. GOODE is an attorney with the law firm of Brock, Clay, Calhoun & Rogers, LLC, where he practices in the areas of estate planning, probate, asset protection, business law, international law, taxation, commercial leasing and complex business litigation. Mr. Goode is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Tennessee Bar Association, the World Trade Center Atlanta (member, China Business Alliance), and the Society of Financial Service Professionals (board member, Atlanta Chapter). He is admitted to practice in Georgia and Tennessee. He earned his B.A. degree from Colby College, his M.S. degree from Northeastern University, his J.D. degree from William and Mary School of Law and his LL.M. degree from the New York University School of Law. JOHN T. MROCZKO leads the estate planning, estate administration, estate and trust litigation, and tax planning and controversies practice areas of the firm White, Choate, Watkins & Mroczko, LLC. He has litigated numerous estate cases throughout Georgia and has developed a strong reputation of excellence in prosecuting and defending cases involving breach of fiduciary duty, including claims against executors and trustees, and disputes between partners and shareholders of closely-held corporations. Mr. Mroczko also represents parties in complex business lawsuits by bringing creative and imaginative strategies to the cases he handles. He serves as the county administrator of Gordon County, Georgia and the alternate county administrator of Bartow County, Georgia. In addition, Mr. Mroczko serves from time to time as Judge Pro Tempore and Guardian ad Litem for various probate courts in North Georgia. He serves on the advisory council of Stetson University College of Law in St. Petersburg, Florida.
