CHARLES J. PINGIS is a senior financial advisor and associate vice president at Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc., in Duluth, Georgia. Mr. Pinigis has specialized in retirement planning since 1993. He is an Accredited Asset Management Specialist SM by the College for Financial Planning and earned his B.S. degree at the United States Military Academy West Point. DAVID PAUL POLLAN is the principal of The Pollan Law Firm in Atlanta. Mr. Pollan has practiced exclusively in the area of elder law and special needs issues affecting the younger disabled community since 1990. He is a frequent speaker to various professional groups on aging and disability law topics. Mr. Pollan is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has served the elder and disabled communities through his work with AARP, Atlanta Regional Committee Aging Services Board, the Senior Citizens' Law Project, the Elder Law Committee of the State Bar of Georgia, the Georgia Community Trust and Weinstein Hospice. He also is a member of the Georgia ElderCare Network, a statewide alliance of professionals assisting Georgia families to plan and deal with the issues of aging. Mr. Pollan earned his B.S. degree from Boston University and J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. JONATHAN ST.CLAIR is a partner in the Decatur law firm of Collier & St.Clair, LLP, where he practices in the areas of elder law. He earned his under graduate degree from the University of Tennessee and his J.D. degree at Georgia State University College of Law. Mr. St.Clair is active in various volunteer and pro bono activities. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Chapter of the American Parkinson's Disease Association, and the Board of Directors for the Elder Law Section of the Atlanta Bar Association.
