DAVID J. BEAUDRY is an attorney at the law firm of Meriwether & Tharp LLC. Mr. Beaudry practices exclusively in the area of family law and divorce. He has been a contributing researcher for several continuing legal education manuals on family law issues and is the author of "The Status of Gift Giving in a Georgia Divorce," Georgia Family Law Review (Feb., 2006). Mr. Beaudry was a presenter at "A Road Map Through Divorce Proceedings" (2007), "Divorce Issues in Georgia" (2008), and "Handling Divorce Cases From Start to Finish" (2009) CLE seminars sponsored by National Business Institute. He is a member of both the New Jersey State Bar and the State Bar of Georgia and is admitted to practice before the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Georgia Supreme Court. Mr. Beaudry also is a member of the Family Law sections of the American and Atlanta bar associations. He earned his B.S. degree from Florida State University and his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University. TAMAR OBERMAN FAULHABER is an attorney and head of the Domestic Relations Department at Vernis & Bowling of Atlanta, LLC. She is a trained guardian ad litem and domestic mediator, and over the past 17 years, has handled all types of family law matters, including divorces, child support, custody, legitimation and paternity, contempt, domestic violence, international custody disputes, appeals and jury trials. In addition to the practice of domestic litigation, Ms. Faulhaber also taught Domestic Relations Law as an adjunct professor at John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. She is admitted to practice law in California, Arizona and Georgia, and is a member of the Family Law sections of the American and Atlanta bar associations. She served on the Rules Committee to establish and maintain the Fulton County Family Division, which has served as an example as a model of a family court to other counties in the state. Ms. Faulhaber also served on the Forms Committee of the Fulton County Family Law Information Center to assist citizens of the state to represent themselves in domestic matters. She earned her Bachelor's degree in philosophy, magna cum laude, with honors, from Lafayette College and her J.D. degree from UCLA Law School. JON W. HEDGEPETH is a partner with the Atlanta law firm of Hedgepeth & Heredia, LLC, and has practiced family law almost exclusively since 1991 and is a certified practitioner of collaborative law. Mr. Hedgepeth is a frequent lecturer in family law seminars and occasionally in law school classes in Atlanta. He earned his B.A. degree from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, and his J.D. degree from Mercer University. Mr. Hedgepeth is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and he currently serves as the president of the Atlanta Bar Association Family Law Section. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Lawyers Club of Atlanta and 1000 Lawyers for Justice. Mr. Hedgepeth has been recognized in Georgia Trend Magazine as one of Georgia's "Legal Elite" and is listed in Worth Magazine as one of the Top 100 Lawyers in 2008. HANNIBAL F. HEREDIA is a partner with Hedgepeth & Heredia, LLC. Mr. Heredia has practiced family law almost exclusively since 1994. After six years with Georgia Legal Services, Mr. Heredia joined the Cartersville, Georgia law firm of Perrotta, Cahn and Prieto, P.C. in 2000, where he was part of the largest family law practice in Northwest Georgia. In January 2005, Mr. Heredia was named managing partner of Perrotta, Cahn and Prieto, P.C. In June 2006, he founded the firm of Hedgepeth and Heredia. In addition to practicing in all areas of the firm, Mr. Heredia also has extensive knowledge of surrogacy law as it exists in Georgia. He received his B.A. degree from Auburn University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Southwestern University. Mr. Heredia is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, the Supreme Court of Georgia and the United States District Court. WAYNE A. MORRISON is a shareholder with Davis, Matthews & Quigley, P.C., practicing in the Domestic Relations and Family Law sections. Mr. Morrison represents clients in all aspects of family law, including divorces, child custody disputes, modification of child support and alimony, and related domestic issues. He was selected in 2007 by other lawyers as one of Georgia's "Super Lawyers." Mr. Morrison is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia; U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit; Georgia Court of Appeals; and the Georgia Supreme Court. He is a member of the Family Law sections of the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. He previously worked as a financial analyst for a Fortune 500 company. Mr. Morrison earned his B.S. degree in finance from Virginia Tech in 1989. In 1996, he received his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia.
