MARK D. EUSTER is a shareholder with Weissmann Zucker Euster Morochnik P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia, where he practices in the areas of commercial, real estate and secured lending. He represents financial institutions and national title underwriters. Mr. Euster represents clients in a variety of real estate and secured lending transactions in Georgia and throughout the United States, including acquisition, development, renovation, construction and permanent financing, lines of credit, standby credit facilities, loan participants, inter-creditor and subordination agreements, workouts and foreclosures. He assists developer clients in the acquisition, development, management and disposition of various types of commercial real estate, and is a frequent speaker on real estate law issues. Mr. Euster earned his B.A. degree from Emory University and his J.D. degree from Case Western Reserve University. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. D. RUTH PRIMM practices law in Tucker, Georgia, concentrating in the areas of landlord-tenant law, commercial law, bankruptcy litigation and creditors' rights. She has represented landlords at the trial court and appellate court levels, as well as in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Ms. Primm earned her B.A. degree from Hollins University and her J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law. She is admitted to practice in Tennessee and Georgia and is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Creditor Rights and Bankruptcy Section). DAVID A. WEISSMANN is a member of the law firm of Weissmann Zucker Euster Morochnik P.C., where he practices in the areas of commercial real estate, secured lending, corporate and business law. He earned his B.A. degree, with distinction, Echols Scholar, from the University of Virginia and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia, where he served on the Law Review and was the recipient of the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law. Mr. Weissmann is a member of the American Bar Association and former chairman on the eCLE Committee for Real Property and Probate. He is a frequent speaker on real estate law issues, including "A Response to Disaster: Changed Conditions on Termination of Property Restrictions and Covenants;" ABA Real Property and Probate Meeting, San Diego; "Title Issues on Purchase Contracts," National Business Institute; "Understanding the Insurance Provisions of Commercial Leases and Mortgage Loan Documentation," and "19th Annual Real Property Law Institute," Sea Island, Georgia. Mr. Weissmann also wrote "Construction Lending," ABA Real Property & Probate and "Removing Restrictive Covenants as Burdens to a Disaster Response," ABA Real Property & Probate. KYLE WILLIAMS is a founding partner at Williams Teusink LLC, where he focuses his practice on real estate matters, including contract and lease negotiation and formation, zoning and land use, construction, loan workout and lender liability, and landlord/tenant disputes. Mr. Williams represents property owners, real estate developers, builders, real estate agents and brokers, real estate appraisers and other real estate professionals in all types of real estate matters and disputes. Mr. Williams routinely represents clients in complex litigation and through numerous jury, bench and arbitration trials throughout Georgia. He also represents clients before state agencies and local governments on permitting, code enforcement and zoning matters. In 2005, 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2011, he was recognized as a Georgia "Rising Star in Litigation, Land Use and Zoning" by Georgia Super Lawyer and Atlanta Magazine. He is in his second term on the Decatur Zoning Board of Appeals and served on the Transition Committee for DeKalb County Chief Executive Officer Burrell Ellis.
