GARY A. BARNES is a shareholder with Baker, Donelson, Bearman, Caldwell & Berkowitz, PC, where he concentrates his practice in business litigation with a focus on securities and banking litigation. He has extensive experience in securities arbitration and litigation in both state and federal courts throughout the country as well as complex bankruptcy litigation representing both lenders and debtors. Mr. Barnes is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (Sections of Litigation and Bankruptcy), Atlanta and American (Litigation Section) bar associations and the Lawyers Club of Atlanta. He is admitted to practice before the Georgia Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit U.S. District Court of Appeals, U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. District Court (Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia) and U.S. Court of Claims. Mr. Barnes earned his A.B. degree from Davidson College, and his J.D. degree from Mercer University. PAUL BURKE O'HEARN is a partner in the Atlanta office of the law firm of Burr & Forman LLP. Mr. O'Hearn has been practicing law for more than 30 years. He has handled some of the largest commercial bankruptcy matters in the Southeast for a variety of clients. Mr. O'Hearn has extensive experience in representing financial institutions including asset based lenders and real estate lenders. He is a member of the American Bar Association (former chair, Commercial Financial Services Committee's Subcommittee on Lender Liability), State Bar of Georgia (former chair, Bankruptcy Section) and Atlanta Bar Association. Mr. O'Hearn is also a member of The Lawyers Club of Atlanta and Commercial Finance Association. He earned his B.A. degree from Long Beach State and his J.D. degree from Stanford Law School. BETH E. ROGERS is the principal of Rogers Law Office in Norcross. Ms. Rogers has been an attorney for over 13 years and focuses her practice on creditors' rights, bankruptcy and related litigation. She has lectured on receiverships for the Real Estate Section of the State Bar of Georgia. Ms. Rogers is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute, the State Bar of Georgia and the Atlanta Bar Association. She earned her B.A. degree from Antioch University and her J.D. degree from the University of Dayton School of Law. STEPHEN J. SASINE is a sole practitioner in Atlanta. Mr. Sasine has been an attorney for over 34 years and focuses his practice on bankruptcy and related litigation. He represents both debtors and creditors proceeding under all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code. Mr. Sasine is a member of the State Bar of Georgia. He earned his B.A. degree from Auburn University and his J.D. degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta.
