RUSSELL S. ADLER is a civil trial lawyer who is in solo practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. For the past 24 years, Mr. Adler has had an active trial practice focusing on the litigation and trial of negligence cases, involving automobile and motorcycle accidents, insurance matters, professional liability, premises liability, products liability, sexual abuse cases, commercial disputes and numerous other civil matters. Mr. Adler frequently writes and lectures on a variety of topics, including trial skills and techniques, the handling and trial of negligence cases, evidence, and other subjects. He has a special interest in technology, and has lectured extensively on topics including collaborative web-based technologies for lawyers, paperless law office technology and process, courtroom technology, and PowerPoint for lawyers. Mr. Adler's law firm is completely cloud-based and paperless; he has no server or filing cabinet. He uses tablet computer technology to access his files and work from anywhere. Mr. Adler is past president of the Broward County Trial Lawyers Association (2003). GLENN P. FALK SR. founded the Coral Gables, Florida, law firm of Falk, Waas, Hernandez, Cortina, Solomon & Bonner, P.A., in 1983. Since that time, he has handled and tried cases for virtually all of the firm's clients in matters related to auto negligence, general liability, medical malpractice and insurance coverage issues. Mr. Falk has lectured before claims associations and various hospital groups on topics relating to litigation, and was an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law, where he taught trial advocacy. Mr. Falk earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Miami. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the American and Dade County bar associations (former director of the latter) and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. He has consistently been voted as a "Top Lawyer" in the South Florida Legal Guide.
