RUSSELL S. ADLER is a civil trial lawyer who is in solo practice in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. He is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a board certified civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education since 1983. Mr. Blumberg has focused his practice in the areas of negligence, medical malpractice, insurance, wrongful death and products liability law, and civil trial and insurance litigation. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in personal injury litigation. Mr. Blumberg is author of "Proof of Negligence, Florida Torts," Matthew Bender (1988), and he was an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Paralegal School. He is a member of the Dade County and American (member, Torts and Insurance Practice Section) bar associations, The Florida Bar (past president), the American Association for Justice, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Blumberg earned his B.A. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from the College of William & Mary. GLENN P. FALK SR. founded the Coral Gables, Florida, law firm of Falk, Waas, Hernandez, Cortina, Solomon & Bonner, P.A., in 1983. Since that time, he has handled and tried cases for virtually all of the firm's clients in matters related to auto negligence, general liability, medical malpractice and insurance coverage issues. Mr. Falk has lectured before claims associations and various hospital groups on topics relating to litigation, and was an adjunct professor at the University of Miami School of Law, where he taught trial advocacy. Mr. Falk earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Miami. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the American and Dade County bar associations (former director of the latter) and the Florida Defense Lawyers Association. He has consistently been voted as a "Top Lawyer" in the South Florida Legal Guide.
