WILLIAM "BILLY" H DAVIE II is an attorney who practices in Green Cove Springs, Florida, with a focus on estate planning, probate and civil litigation. Mr. Davie earned his J.D. degree, with honors, from the University of Florida, and joined the Florida Bar soon thereafter in 2003. After graduation, he worked several years as a trial court staff attorney handling post-conviction criminal issues and complex civil litigation for the Judges of the First Judicial Circuit, in and for Escambia County, Florida. After joining the private sector, Mr. Davie's interests lead him to estate planning and civil litigation. He now practices with his father, James H. Davie, II, who has been serving the citizens Duval, Clay, Bradford, Putnam, St. Johns and Alachua Counties in the areas of estate planning, probate, real estate and general civil litigation for nearly 30 years. SHANNON M. MILLER is an attorney at the law firm of Miller & Brasington in Gainesville, where she practices in the areas of elder law, probate, guardianships, adoptions and Medicaid planning. Ms. Miller has been practicing law for 12 years, her interest in elder law stemming from her wish to correct many of the errors and poor planning her own family made in dealing with her grandparents' needs and end of life decision-making. She earned her B.A. degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and her J.D. degree from the University of Maryland School of Law. Ms. Miller is a member of the Inns of Court, AFELA, and the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association. LAUREN N. RICHARDSON is an attorney with The Law Offices of Richard M. Knellinger, P.A. where her areas of practice include probate, guardianship, estate planning, elder law/asset protection, family law, nuptial agreements, and education law. She is admitted to The Florida Bar. Ms. Richardson is a member of the Eighth Judicial Circuit Bar Association (member probate committee, past board member, past treasurer). She earned her B.A. degree from Rollins College, her J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from Florida State University College of Law, and her LL.M. degree from the University of Florida College of Law.
