DANIEL S. CARUSI is an attorney in Fort Lauderdale practicing in real estate law and related areas. Mr. Carusi earned his A.B. degree in political science from Brown University and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami. He is a member of the Attorney's Title Insurance Fund, Inc.; The Florida Bar (member, Real Estate and Probate Section); and the Broward Attorneys Real Estate Council. Mr. Goldman has previously lectured on mortgage and lien foreclosure topics, and practices in multiple circuits spanning much of the state. KLEIN is a shareholder with the Florida law firm of Klein and Fortune, P.A., where his areas of practice include corporate and commercial real estate, residential real estate, landlord and tenant law, probate, and commercial litigation. He has spoken to the Miami Board of Realtors and Fidelity National Title Insurance Company on issues related to real estate law, and is a previous author and lecturer for National Business Institute. Mr. Klein is a member of The Florida Bar (member, Real Property, Probate Trust Law and Corporate Law sections). He earned his B.B.A. degree from the University of Miami, his M.S.M. degree from Florida International University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Nova University. (Miami location) MICHAEL ROTHMAN is a shareholder in the law office of Rothman & Tobin, P.A., where he practices in the areas of real property litigation, title insurance defense litigation, real estate closings with emphasis on land acquisition and development, new construction closings, and probate. Rothman & Tobin, P.A. maintains offices in Miami and Coral Springs, Florida. He has been a presenter at The Fund Assembly, is a past instructor at the Institute of Paralegal Training, and has lectured for the Florida Land Title Association. Mr. Rothman is a member of the FLTA, and the Miami-Dade County and Federal bar associations. He is a certified Circuit Court Mediator and received his certification in residential mortgage foreclosure mediation.
