ERIC L. BOLVES is an attorney with the law firm Bolves & Associates, PA, where his areas of practice include bankruptcy, foreclosure, real estate and Social Security disability. He specializes in translating complicated legal topics into plain English. Mr. Bolves has practiced law since 1983 and has been appointed as attorney ad litem by judges in more than 1500 foreclosure cases over the last 15 years. He has filed more than 4000 bankruptcies since 1988. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (former member) and the National Aviation Safety Foundation (founding director and legal counsel). Mr. Bolves earned his J.D. degree from Holland Law Center, University of Florida. His published books include The Homeowners' Foreclosure Manual, 2008, and Grandma's Recipe For Debt Free Living, 2009. ENRIQUE ESCARRAZ III is a sole practitioner in St. Petersburg, Florida. He began representing Social Security claimants as part of a general practice. He handles Social Security cases at all levels, from initial application through appeals to the Federal Courts, including the 11th Circuit. Mr. Escarraz handles appeals for a number of other attorneys and claimant representatives in the area along with an active Social Security trials (hearings) practice. He has testified and consulted as a Social Security expert in state worker's compensation hearings. Mr. Escarraz was a co-presenter of a course in child SSI benefits sponsored by the St. Petersburg Bar Association. He is a member of The Florida Bar (Appellate Section), the American, Federal and St. Petersburg bar associations and the Community Law Program. Mr. Escarraz earned his B.A. degree from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from the University of Florida Law School.
