EDWARD R. BLUMBERG is a partner in the Miami firm of Deutsch & Blumberg, P.A. He is certified as a civil trial advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy and is a board certified civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education since 1983. Mr. Blumberg has focused his practice in the areas of negligence, medical malpractice, insurance, wrongful death and products liability law, and civil trial and insurance litigation. He is listed in the Best Lawyers in America in personal injury litigation. Mr. Blumberg is author of "Proof of Negligence, Florida Torts," Matthew Bender (1988), and he was an adjunct professor at the University of Miami Paralegal School. He is a member of the Dade County and American (member, Torts and Insurance Practice Section) bar associations, The Florida Bar (past president), the American Association for Justice, and the American Board of Trial Advocates. Mr. Blumberg earned his B.A. degree from the University of Georgia and his J.D. degree from the College of William & Mary. ANDREW E. GRIGSBY is a partner with the law firm of Hinshaw & Culbertson LLP. Mr. Grigsby is a board-certified civil trial lawyer by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He has a general civil trial practice that includes extensive experience in cases emphasizing insurance issues and has handled trials and appeals in matters involving insurance coverage, bad faith, general tort and property claims. He is a lecturer on insurance coverage litigation and uninsured motorist coverage for National Business Institute. Mr. Grigsby is a state certified instructor for adjuster continuing education, lecturing on bad faith avoidance and claims handling. He earned his B.A. degree, cum laude, with distinction, from Duke University, his M.B.A degree from the University of Michigan and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Michigan School of Law.
