MARTIN S. MARSHALL C. DEASON is an attorney with Tampa Bay Business Law in Florida. He is a board-certified real estate lawyer by The Florida Bar Board of Legal Specialization and Education. Since 1973, Mr. Deason has practiced primarily in the areas of real property and corporate law. Prior to entering private practice, he was an attorney with the Office of the General Counsel, U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. RORY B. WEINER is a sole practitioner in Brandon, Florida, where he practices in the areas of small business law, real estate and commercial litigation. He is a title agent for Old Republic Title Insurance Company and a title agent for the Attorney Title Fund. Mr. Weiner earned his B.S. degree from the University of South Florida, his B.A. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Florida and his J.D. degree from the Western New England College School of Law, where he was a member of the Law Review.
