ERIC L. BOLVES is an attorney with the law firm Bolves & Associates, PA, where his areas of practice include bankruptcy, foreclosure, real estate and Social Security disability. He specializes in translating complicated legal topics into plain English. Mr. Bolves has practiced law since 1983 and has been appointed as attorney ad litem by judges in more than 1500 foreclosure cases over the last 15 years. He has filed more than 4000 bankruptcies since 1988. He is a member of The Florida Bar, the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, the National Association of Bankruptcy Trustees (former member) and the National Aviation Safety Foundation (founding director and legal counsel). Mr. Bolves earned his J.D. degree from Holland Law Center, University of Florida. His published books include The Homeowners' Foreclosure Manual, 2008, and Grandma's Recipe For Debt Free Living, 2009. ROBERT A. GOLDMAN is a partner with the law firm of Fox, Wackeen, Dungey, Beard, Sobel, Bush & McCluskey, L.L.P., where he practices in commercial litigation, construction and real property litigation, and foreclosure. He handles all levels of mortgage foreclosures, statutory lien foreclosures, community association lien foreclosures, construction lien foreclosures and judgment lien foreclosures. Mr. Goldman has previously lectured on mortgage and lien foreclosure topics, and practices in multiple circuits spanning much of the state. Mr. Goldman earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees, with honors, from the University of Florida, and is a member of the Martin County and American bar associations, as well as The Florida Bar. JOHN H. McCORVEY JR. is a partner at McCorvey & Myers, where his practice includes commercial litigation, real estate litigation and creditors' rights (including foreclosure), commercial collections, landlord-tenant, replevin, garnishment, business disputes, and asset recovery and creditors' rights in bankruptcy. Mr. McCorvey is a regular author and lecturer in his areas of expertise. He draws upon 19 years of legal experience in civil litigation to resolve business and real estate disputes. Mr. McCorvey also is a Florida Bar Certified Circuit Court Civil Mediator with training in dispute resolution. He is admitted to practice in all Florida courts and the federal courts of the Middle District of Florida. Mr. McCorvey is a member of the Florida Bar and the Jacksonville Bar Association. He served as president of the Young Lawyers Section of the Jacksonville Bar Association (1997-1998) and chairman of the Sole Practitioner/Small Firms Committee of the Jacksonville Bar Association (2001-2002). Mr. McCorvey is an alumnus of the Chester Bedell Inn of Court (Pupil Attorney 1991-1992). He earned his B.B.A. degree from Stetson University and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from Stetson University School of Law.
