LARRY M. FOYLE is a founding shareholder of the law firm of Kass, Shuler, Solomon, Spector, Foyle & Singer, P.A., and is the head of the firm's bankruptcy creditor's group. Since 1986, Mr. Webber has focused his practice in the areas of ethics and commercial litigation, with emphases in bankruptcy law and creditors' rights.
