RALPH FISHER is a sole practitioner in Lutz, Florida, where he practices in the areas of family law, child support, divorce, visitation rights, wills, probate, collections, personal injury, criminal law, mortgages and construction law. Mr. Fisher is a certified public accountant (CPA). Previously, he was a professor at the University of South Florida, where he taught Law and the Accountant, and Business Law. Mr. Fisher is a member of The Florida Bar. He earned his B.A. and J.D. degrees from the University of Florida. BENJAMIN C. OLDER is a founding partner with Older, Lundy & Weisman, Attorneys at Law. Mr. Older practices almost exclusively in the area of marital and family law, but also handles a select few general civil matters. Mr. Older received his B.A. degree from the University of Southern California in Los Angeles, and his J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, as well as the Family Law Section and Family Law Inn of Court in Hillsborough County. He was recently selected as the youngest member ever of the Hillsborough County Family Law Bench Bar Committee. Mr. Older and his partner, Michael Lundy, have co-written numerous articles featured in Lawyer Magazine. He is also an active member of the Tampa community as he serves on the Board of Directors of the National Council of Addiction of Drug Dependence. Mr. Older has been featured in Tampa Bay Illustrated Magazine, Cultural Affairs Magazine, and SOHO Magazine for his philanthropic and professional endeavors. He has been invited to speak on numerous panels related to his law practice and his charitable pursuits. Mr. Older is chairman of The Florida Bar Grievance Committee. LANA J. WAGNER is the president of Professional Financial Resources, Inc., where her areas of concentration are divorce and qualified domestic relations orders (QDROs). Ms. Wagner is a certified financial planner and a certified divorce financial analyst. She earned her master's degree in business administration.
