STEVEN M. BRADY is the senior managing shareholder with the law firm of Swartz Campbell, LLC, in Orlando, where he practices in the areas of insurance law and personal injury. Mr. McGinley's writings have been cited as an authority for deciding cases in opinions from the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, the Court of Appeals of Maryland, and Florida's First District Court of Appeal. In his law practice, Mr. McGinley has handled a range of appeals on Florida insurance law issues before each of the District Courts of Appeal and the Supreme Court of Florida.
