TREVOR K. BREWER is an attorney at BrewerLong, PLLC, and his practice includes business counseling and personal planning, with particular focus on meeting the needs of business owners and executives. He assists individuals and families to develop effective estate and asset protection plans, and he aids with the administration of trusts and estates. Mr. Brewer also advises individuals and businesses with matters of general corporate and commercial law, including choosing the right corporate structure, preparing owners' agreements, operating the business, and transferring the business by sale, merger, or family succession. In both business counseling and personal planning, he helps his clients to understand and make decisions regarding federal and state taxation. Mr. Brewer received his Bachelor of Science degree, summa cum laude and with university honors, in finance from the University of Central Florida in 1997. His Juris Doctorate degree was conferred in 2000 by Emory University School of Law, where he was a managing editor for the Emory Law Journal and a teaching assistant for the school's legal writing and research course. Mr. Brewer was selected for the Emory Chapter of the Order of the Coif, which admits law students who graduate in the top ten percent of their classes. He is admitted to practice in Florida, and is a member of The Florida Bar and the Orange County Bar Association. Mr. Brewer is a past member of the Board of Directors of the UCF Alumni Association, and he is a past president of the UCF Burnett Honors College Alumni Chapter. JEFFREY S. GOETHE is a partner with the Bradenton law firm of Barnes Walker & Goethe, Chartered, where he practices in the areas of wills, trusts and estates; real estate; and guardianship. He is board certified by the Florida Bar as a specialist in the area of wills, trusts and estates. Mr. Goethe earned his B.A. degree from Maryville College and his J.D. degree from the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He has been practicing law since 1991. Mr. Goethe has served as an adjunct professor at Manatee Community College, teaching real estate courses in the paralegal studies program. He has contributed continuing education materials for the Attorneys' Title Insurance Fund, Inc. and has served as an instructor in The Fund's Paralegal Certification and Placement Program. Mr. Goethe has presented continuing education seminars for the National Business Institute in the areas of Probate and Estate Planning since 2005. Mr. Goethe also served in the United States Army Reserves and the Florida National Guard from 1986 through 1992. GANON J. STUDENBERG limits his practice to estate planning and matters involving the administration of trusts and estates. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the U.S. Tax Court. Mr. Studenberg earned his B.S. degree in marketing, with a minor in economics, from the University of Florida, his J.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad Law Center, and his LL.M. (Master of Laws in Estate Planning) degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Mr. Studenberg was an attorney with the law firm of Snyder & Snyder, P.A. in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where he practiced in the areas of wills, trusts and estates. In 2007, he returned to his hometown of Melbourne, Florida, and opened his own law firm dedicated to providing exceptional service, expertise, and professional integrity to the community. Mr. Studenberg enjoys working with families to achieve their various estate planning objectives and goals, including succession planning for closely-held businesses, charitable giving, wealth preservation and asset protection. Additionally, he works with family members and professional fiduciaries through the probate and trust administration process and related post-mortem planning. Mr. Studenberg is a member of the Brevard County Estate Planning Council, the United Way of Brevard County Major Gifts and Endowment Committee, the Brevard County Bar Association, the Brevard Association of Human Services, and the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law Section of The Florida Bar.
