KATHRYN HOWELLis a Certified Paralegal® with the law firm Alexander DeGance Barnett, P.A. in Jacksonville, Florida, where she focuses on labor and employment litigation, and trial practice. She has jury and non-jury trial experience in Federal and State Courts in northeast Florida and has also participated in arbitrations. She earned her B.S. in Finance from Indiana University E. W. Mr. Maciejewski is a consumer justice attorney who represents both adults and children who have been injured by defective products or through the carelessness of others. His plaintiffs' practice focuses on aviation, airplane and helicopter crash litigation, personal injury suits, and complex product liability suits. Mr. Maciejewski is a retired Army officer and helicopter pilot and holds a commercial instrument rating in helicopters, with extensive flight experience. He has represented plaintiffs in a wide variety of air crash and products liability cases involving commercial, general aviation and military aircraft. DANA G. WELCKER, ACP, FRP, is a paralegal with Murphy & Anderson, P.A. in Jacksonville, Florida. Ms. Welcker has been a paralegal for more than 16 years and has been awarded the designation of Advanced Certified Paralegal (ACP) in trial practice by the National Association of Legal Assistants. She is also a Florida Registered Paralegal through The Florida Bar. Ms. Welcker's experience has been in personal injury, products liability, bankruptcy, medical malpractice, real estate, litigation, and securities. Ms. Welcker's work focuses on discovery and trial preparation. She is currently the president of the Northeast Florida Paralegal Association and a member of the National Association of Legal Assistants.
