DANIEL A. MARTINEZ is a partner with Callahan & Martinez, LLC, where his practice includes general civil litigation, medical malpractice, personal injury, nursing home, insurance and casualty. His publications and speeches span a broad variety of topics from insurance bad faith to collateral source set-offs in multi-party litigation. Mr. Martinez articles have been cited by the appellate courts and he is approved by the Department of Insurance professionals with training and seminars for continuing education credit. He has been invited as a guest lecturer for trial practice and advocacy at Stetson University College of Law and speaks at national level seminars across the country. Mr. Martinez earned his bachelor's degree, cum laude, from the University of East Carolina and his Juris Doctorate degree, cum laude, from Stetson University College of Law. He is a member of the Florida Bar, U. S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and the Eleventh Circuit Court of the U.S. GARY S. WEISMAN is an attorney with Older, Lundy & Weisman, Attorneys at Law, in Tampa, Florida, where his practice is concentrated in the areas of insurance coverage and claims handling issues. He has written articles and lectured on insurance bad faith and closing arguments for the Florida Justice Association. Mr. Weisman earned his B.A. degree from George Washington University and his J.D. degree from Florida State University College of Law. He is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, the Florida Justice Association and The Florida Bar.
