CYNTHIA J. DIENSTAG is the principal of Cynthia J. Dienstag, P.A., with offices in Miami-Dade and Broward counties. She has focused her practice on marital and family law related matters since 1989. Ms. Dienstag is a certified family court mediator, appointed mentor by the Chief Judge of the 11th Judicial Circuit. She is a Put Something Back award recipient, 11th Judicial Circuit; listed among Who's Who in American Law, 1998-99 edition and Who's Who of American Women, 2006-2007 edition; chosen by Florida Trend as one of the 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2009 Florida Legal Elite; a member of the Florida International University Alumni Associate Executive Board of Directors; and a lecturer for National Business Institute seminars. Ms. Dienstag also is featured as one of the state of Florida's Super Lawyers for 2007 with the Miami Herald. She earned her A.A. degree from Florida State University, her B.S. degree from Florida International University and her J.D. degree from the University of Miami School of Law. Ms. Dienstag's memberships include Honorary Society of First Family Law Inns of Court, the Miami-Dade County Bar Family Law Section (vice chair) and Broward County Bar Association. She is a member of the Professionalism Committee for the Family Law Section of The Florida Bar, and the Broward County and Miami-Dade County bar associations. MICHAEL L. LUNDY is a partner in the law firm of Older, Lundy & Weisman, Attorneys at Law. Mr. Lundy practices in the areas of marital and family law, and general civil law. He is a member of The Florida Bar (member, Family Law Section), New York State Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia, Hillsborough County Bar Association (member, Family Law Section), the Executive Council of the Family Law Section of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, and the Family Law Inn of Court in Hillsborough County. Mr. Lundy has published numerous articles about family law and the management of a small law firm. He earned his B.A. degree from Yale University and his J.D. degree, magna cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law.
