WILLIAM E. HORNE JR. is a sole practitioner in Jacksonville where he practices in the areas of Social Security disability and bankruptcy. He has lectured previously on his areas of practice. Mr. Horne is admitted to practice in the U.S. District for the middle district of Florida and the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals of the U.S. Supreme Court. He received his B.S. degree from Florida State University and his J.D. degree from the Cumberland School of Law of Samford University. Mr. Horne is a member of The Florida Bar, the Jacksonville Bankruptcy Bar Association and the National Organization of Social Security Representatives. MICHAEL D. RUDOLPH is a partner with the law firm of Harris, Guidi, Rosner, Dunlap & Rudolph, P.A., where he practices in the areas of workers' compensation and Social Security disability and is board certified in workers' compensation by The Florida Bar. He has lectured previously on his areas of practice. Mr. Rudolph received his B.A. degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo and his J.D. degree from Stetson University. He is a member of The Florida Bar (Workers' Compensation Section) and the Jacksonville Bar Association. Mr. Rudolph is also a member of the Workers' Compensation Executive Counsel and a founding member of the E. Robert Williams Inns of Court.
