PAUL R. GOUGELMAN III is a city attorney for three municipalities, including Melbourne, Indialantic Beach, and Melbourne Beach. He serves as General Counsel for the Florida Metropolitan Planning Organization Advisory Council, the Brevard MPO, and the Space Coast League of Cities. Mr. Gougelman has been a practicing attorney for more than 30 years. He was the Florida League of Cities - City Attorney of the Year for 2004-2005; Zoning Hearing Officer for Orange County, 1992-1998; and past Chairman of the Brevard County Charter Commission. Mr. Gougelman earned his B.A. degree from Florida International University and his J.D. degree from Nova University Law School.
