WENDY RIVERA is an attorney with Hill & Ponton, P.A., focusing her practice in Social Security law. Ms. Rivera served as a research assistant for the Director of National Clearinghouse for Science, Technology and the Law at Stetson College of Law. She was selected as a judicial intern for Honorable Thomas Wilson, U.S. District Court, Middle District Florida and also selected to intern for Honorable Wilfredo Martinez, Ninth Judicial Circuit Court. Ms. Rivera is a member of Orange County, Volusia County and Hispanic bar associations of Central Florida, the National Organization of Social Security Claimant Representatives, Central Florida Association for Women Lawyers and is a volunteer Guardian ad Litem for abused and neglected children, where she serves as their voice in court. Ms. Rivera received her B.S. degree from the University of Central Florida and her J.D. degree from Stetson University College of Law.
